I requested for my upgrade to 2MB package. Few minutes before my internet went down and after restarting the modem, the internet came up. I opened the modem page and saw that my downstream has been upgraded to 2560 and upstream 583. But the thing is that my internet has gone slow, like i am getting ".56mbps download speed as per speed test" and also while downloading i was getting 25 kbps. I used to get ~95 kbps while downloading and speed test was like ".90 mbps"

in counter strike i used to get 40ms latency while now my latency on the servers is ~140ms.

Dont know whats wrong. I was thinking that i would get better speed but it got worse :S.
Maybe they have done manual patching of my port?

Update: I called them just now and CSR told me back-end issue is there and speed will get back to normal after it is solved.
