Hi guys, this is Harry555 and I would like to discuss this game with you guys. Vindictus is a great free-to-play game. Its one of the 1st physics based MMORPGs. One of the most original aspects of this game (something that sets it apart even from other brawler MMORPGs), is the ability to interact so thoroughly with the environment. This feature is due in large part the the Source engine(Valve) on which Vindictus was built.The character details are nothing like you've seen before, you'll be amazed by the realistic character graphics. The story has depth too, including life-like cut-scenes and cinematics. Vindictus has fast-paced, hack and slash combat. This means players will be manually controlling each swing of the sword of each spell cast. Overall, Vindictus is a top notch game that can be enjoyed by fans of both traditional MMORPGs and action gamers who previously shied away from the genre due to the normally slow-paced gameplay. There are a total of 5 characters(1st 3 available at the moment):

Lann - Quick offensive character who wields dual swords.

Fiona - Defensive character who can block with her shield and perform powerful counter attacks.

Evie - A female mage who has access to a variety of offensive and supportive spells.

Karok - A giant who can swing large objects to crush opponents.

Kai - An archer who is in tune with nature

Final Verdict: Excellent

Vindictus offers a fresh gameplay style combined with great graphics and a well crafted world to explore. Like other brawlers, Vindictus makes heavy use of instancing, but makes the process feel more realistic. The gameplay is fluid, and the ability to interact with the environment adds another layer of depth to a game that already oozes with production value.

Note: This game is IP blocked but, don't worry there is a solution for it and its very easy.

If you want to start playing right away then START here:

1. Register here: http://passport.nexon.net/Registration/ … =Vindictus

2. Download Client: http://vindictus.nexon.net/Support/Client.aspx#

3. Download and Install game.

4. Download Proxifier: http://www.proxifier.com/distr/ProxifierSetup.exe
OR if you have Bittorent download: http://dl.btjunkie.org/torrent/Proxifie … ad.torrent

5. Download desktop game launcher from here: http://www.germandarknes.net/updater/vi … uncher.exe
OR launch the game directly from the website: http://vindictus.nexon.net/

6. Place the desktop game launcher on desktop for easy use.

7. Start Proxifier.

8. Go to Options>Proxifixation Rules>Add>again Add>Search for Vindictus.exe in installed folder, example: C:\Nexon\Vindictus\en-US\Vindictus.exe

9. Set 'Port Range' to: 27015 and change 'Rule Name' to Vindictus and press OK.

10. Change 'Proxification Mode' to 'Process only the following+manually proxified'.

11. Remove Rule Name 'Loopback' because its of no use.

12. Tick Rule Name 'Vindictus' if its not ticked and press OK.

13. Go to Proxy Settings in Options.

14. Proxy Settings>Add.

15. Visit http://www.xroxy.com/proxylist.php?port … ity=#table to get your personal IP address and port(recommended).
OR skip this step and jump to step 19 if you don't want to waste time.

16. Select the Address and Port(don't go with 27XXX ports because they don't work) and Input in the Address and Port fields.

17. Select Protocol SOCKS version 5 and press OK.

18. Tick the address if its not ticked and press OK, minimize Proxifier and you are all set to PLAY!

19. Input 24.8.156.125(This IP has stopped working for me but, you're welcome to try it out) in Address and 1795 in Port, go to step 17.

20. Start the desktop launcher and Input your ID and Password, select Server(East is preferred for lag-less gameplay) and press Play Now!
OR go to the website: http://vindictus.nexon.net/ Input your ID and Password, select Server(East is preferred for lag-less gameplay) and the game will launch!

21. Set settings in Options and press START!( Note: the game might give connection issues but keep trying, experiment with different IP addresses or just go for step 19).

22. Once the game has started, go to Proxifier and untick the IP address for better and smoother gameplay(optional).

NOTE TO WORLDCALL USERS: Proxifer may give issues so, I suggest you guys try AOL desktop(not recommended) which turns your IP address into an US IP address OR Switch to PTCL for Lag-less Multiplayer gameplay(recommended)!
